MATT WILLIS REVEALS HUGE TATTOO OF WIFE EMMA WILLIS TO CELEBRATE 16-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Matt Willis has unveiled his huge leg tattoo to honour wife Emma Willis, as the happy couple celebrated their 16-year wedding anniversary.

The Busted star, 41, and TV presenter, 48, have been married for more than a decade after tying the knot back in July 2008 and share three wonderful children together. Taking to Instagram recently, Matt shared his incredible new ink with his followers on the platform, as he shared a gushing post about his wife.

He said: "Happy Anniversary @emmawillisofficial… I love you more than ever. 16 years and it keeps getting better. Thanks @tomftattoo for your amazing work and fitting me in just in time for today." Matt's new tattoo features a full-body image of Emma, showcasing her trademark dark hair swept to the side. The mum-of-three wears a low-cut dress set against a black background.

Heavily tatted Matt is no stranger to the needle, having had tattoos plastered all over his body over the last several years, including 'til death' on his wedding ring finger, in tribute to Emma. Matt has also paid tribute to his daughter Trixie after getting a tattoo of a Twix bar to honour her.

Matt's body art also features their second child, 12-year-old Ace, with a large 'A' above a heart tattoo on his chest. Their eldest daughter, 14-year-old Isabelle, nicknamed Wizz, is represented by a bold pop art style tattoo on Matt's torso, adorned with the word 'Wizz' amidst vibrant red and yellow ink.

While Matt and Emma have remained married for over a decade, the pair have had their fair share of struggles over the years. Emma once recalled that she and her husband had hit a turbulent time in their marriage as the Busted star battled an alcohol and drug addiction. However, the TV star refuted claims she had contemplated splitting from him.

She said: "I wasn't going to leave him because he had a problem. I wanted to help him, but he had to help himself and I believed he would." She added: "Who really knows what the key to a long marriage is other than hard work and patience... on both sides, this is not just one-sided."

Meanwhile, Matt confessed: "I thought she would leave me many, many times, and I was involved in some of those times when people were saying that it’s always hard to hear other people telling your wife to get out, but understandably at the time. I dread to imagine where I’d be without her. I’m thankful for her in so many ways." Last year, the musician starred his own documentary on BBC, Matt Willis: Fighting Addiction - where he opened up about his addiction battle having struggled to stay sober for most of his life.
